Bedroom 1

The main double bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and is light and spacious with a high ceiling, air-conditioning and insulated laminate flooring. The furniture is white, with extra large double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, wall lights and a vanity table with mirror. There is a mosquito net which completely protects the bed when used. A sliding patio door, with security locks and sliding mosquito screen leads to a tiled balcony.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is furnished as a twin, maximising potential use. Again, light and spacious with the same high ceiling, air-conditioning and insulated laminate flooring. The furniture is matching white, and there are two large single beds with bedside cabinets, wall lights, a vanity table with mirror, and two double wardrobes. Each bed also has it’s own mosquito net. This bedroom also has a patio door, with security locks and sliding mosquito screen leading to a large tiled balcony.

Family Bathroom 2

The spacious second family bathroom is located off the lower hallway and utility area. It has been recently refitted with new ceiling, LED spotlights and a new white suite. There is a large corner shower cubicle with rainfall style shower, along with hand basin, mirror, and WC.

The apartment is ready to move in to, and ownership has the addition of 10% ownership of the whole site, land and communal amenities.’
